Senior Photos in Boulder with Alec | Legacy High School Wrestler

Senior photo sessions are always special, but Alec’s senior photos in Boulder, Colorado felt extra meaningful to me.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing all of his siblings. Back in 2013 or 2014, I photographed Isaiah for my very first session in the RiNo Art District in Denver. Later, I photographed his sister Janessa, capturing a mix of city and urban shots. This year, it was Alec’s turn—but he wanted to do something different.

Instead of city backdrops, Alec chose Boulder’s mountain views for a natural and unique senior photo experience. Alec is a wrestler at Legacy High School, and he brought that same drive and energy into the shoot. We even weathered a rainstorm together, and instead of slowing us down, it made the experience more fun. Alec was relaxed, adventurous, and truly up for anything, which made it easy to capture his personality.

Getting to photograph each of the siblings has been an incredible honor and a reminder of why I love what I do—creating lasting memories for families across different seasons of life.
