The Name

What does Narrative Imagery mean?  When I decided to start up my own photography business, I thought a lot about what I love about photographs. I have always been drawn to the image that looks more like a painting than a photograph, and I wanted to incorporate that element into my work, but that concept of a "look" wasn't what was driving me to do this. When I was a kid, my grandparents loved looking at pictures. It's something we have always done. What I loved most about looking at photographs with them was their ability to tell me and my sisters these incredible stories based around a single photograph.  I loved that when they looked at the photo, it brought back a story that could be shared with everyone. That's what I want to do! I want to give you images that will invite a story you can share with your family and friends.
